~Karvonen Testing

~Cooper Fitness Test

~Nutritional assessment, consultation and advice

~Comprehensive training schedule

Sport Specific Programs include all above and:

~Off season and on season training schedules

Additional elements can be added or subtracted at the request of the client prior to program inception.
